Delete your TRYBAL account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it; both remove the same data.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open TRYBAL and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out and your account can no longer be used.

Option 2 — By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@sourcedigital.net from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my TRYBAL account.” We process email requests within 7 days and confirm when it’s done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in email
  • Captures, collections, and saved spots (including honey holes)
  • Field logs, trips, gear lists, and offline packs
  • Tribe memberships, campfire messages, and RSVPs
  • Badges, challenge progress, and skill progress

Residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details on retention.

Deletion is permanent — captures and honey holes cannot be recovered afterwards. If you only want a break, signing out keeps your data intact.
