First make sure you've picked the right program and episode from the sync picker — shows with similar season/episode numbering are easy to mix up. Then set the scrubber to roughly where the big screen is; TRYBAL follows the episode timeline from there. If moments feel early or late, nudge the sync offset a few seconds. And if an episode is missing entirely, it may not be in the catalog yet — tell us and we'll prioritize it.

Whatever you decide, per spot. Public spots are visible to other users, tribe-only spots are visible just to tribes you share them with, and honey holes are visible to you alone — their coordinates are never shown to anyone else. Some sensitive catalog locations are also fuzzed for everyone regardless of tier.

Yes — that's what trips and offline packs are for. Build a trip, attach the spots, gear lists, and knowledge packs you want, and download it before you lose signal. Anything you log offline syncs back the next time you're connected.

Only to pin your saved spots and field logs where you're standing and to center maps and conditions on your area. It's optional — you can deny it and drop pins by hand instead. TRYBAL never tracks your location in the background.

Install the app on the new phone (see the Download page) and sign in with the same email. Your captures, collections, spots, logs, and trips live in your account, not on the device, so they come with you.

In the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. It takes effect immediately. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll handle it within 7 days — see the account-deletion page for exactly what gets removed.
